Why consider counselling?

Life is stressful. You may have a lot on your mind and no where  to go to talk about it. You may have difficult choices to make and want a non-judgmental, safe environment to talk it through it in. Anxiety, loss, grief and life events may have left you lost, overcome and finding it difficulty to cope.

Counselling provides a safe space and a confidential professional relationship where you can discuss these things. Counselling doesn’t seek to provide advice but aims to help you make your own decisions. Finding strategies that work for you in your circumstances and increasing your awareness of understanding of your situation are key aims of counselling. Counselling works as a process that requires time and patience to see changes.
